Wrapfia LLC , its parent company or affiliates respect your privacy. We ask that you thoroughly read this

What We Collect

a third party payment processor on Wrapfia behalf. Wrapfia is given only the last four digits of
your payment card and the expiration date by default;
● The location or the IP address of the device used to make a purchase on Wrapfia.Com , if you
consent to the collection of this data via your device browser. Certain features, such as state,
city, geolocation in the background (that is, when the Wrapfia app, or Wrapfia Website are
running , whether opened, or not visible on your screen), and with your permission when you
enable these features on Wrapfia during the initial account set up;
● third party Service setup data, such as the name and description of your Wrapfia product (for
example, “related payments – distance between billing and shipping address”) and the
location where your IP address is when you’re using Wrapfia product, and adjustments you
make while using the product;
● Technical information about your device usage, such as your Wi-Fi network information and
signal strength, and your model, serial number and software version are gathered via third
party and shared with us via third party features;
● Information about your interactions with our websites and mobile apps;
● Social media tag names when interacted with us on social media, content and other data
shared with us, may be uploaded on our social media accounts without a notice to you;
● Data we obtain from third party party social media services (e.g., Instagram) or payment
services (e.g., Klarna) if you choose to these, create or log into your Wrapfia account through
these services (including when you share contents made with products you purchased
through Wrapfia , such as videos or content share with us via your social media pages);
● Information we obtain from other business partners if you connect With Wrapfia products or
services, such as your account ID, name on your account and email address;
● Information you submit in conjunction with a job opportunity at Wrapfia, such as contact
details, data from your resume and details about your current or past employment;
● Other personal information contained in content you submit to us, such as through our
“Contact Us” page or customer support section via our website or mobile app.
● Content (and other information) that is captured and recorded when using our products and
services, reviews , such as video, text or audio recordings, live video or audio streams,
images, comments, and data our products collect from their surrounding environment to
perform their functions and more.
● Privacy and video surveillance laws in your jurisdiction may apply to your use of our products
and services. You are solely responsible for ensuring that you comply with applicable law
when using our products or services. For instance, you may need to display a sign to notify
guests where the device is located that you are using our products or services for surveillance
purposes . When recording video or audio content that captures other people’s facial
appearance without their consent , or a notice, may violate their privacy rights in your state .

Data We Obtain Automatically

● When you interact with our products and services, we may obtain some automated data such

Third-party Site & App Analytics Services

Information Wrapfia Share

We do not sell or otherwise share personal information about you except as described in this Privacy
Policy. We may share your personal information with (1) our affiliates, parent company and subsidiaries
and (2) our service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as marketing, customer service,
third party developers, order fulfillment , suppliers, and data analytics and storage. We do not authorize
our service providers to use or disclose your personal information except as necessary to perform
services on our behalf or comply with legal requirements. We also may share personal information with
our business partners (1) with whom we jointly offer products and services; (2) to the extent you use
Works With Wrapfia to connect to third party party products or services; and (3) for payment processing

Options You Have

We give you certain options in connection with the personal data we maintain about you. To update your

Support@Wrapfia.com. We do need to send you certain communications about our products and
services, and you will not be able to opt out of those communications. This includes, for example,
information about billing , shipping , or your order.

When you purchase our products, you may choose to earn Wrapfia Rewards (“Wrapfia Rewards”) on a
cashback, trial or subscription basis. If you have signed up for the features of the Wrapfia Reward, we
retain the rewards earnings (and any related information) from your Wrapfia Reward period so you can
access your Wrapfia content during that time period. You may delete your account from the Wrapfia site
at any time by accessing your account. Additionally, regardless of your use of Wrapfia Reward , we retain
Wrapfia Rewards (as defined in the Terms of Service) so you can use the Wrapfia Rewards as discounts
while checking out , if you choose to do so.

In addition, to the extent required by applicable law, you may have the right to request access to or delete

California Residents Right Notice

Our privacy policy is subject to certain limits under California law, California residents may ask us to

to a non-Wrapfia service (such as a third party service via Wrapfia product or your account).

convenience and use, and may include third party party features such as apps, tools, payment providers ,
services, widgets and plug-ins (e.g., Google, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat or Stripe, Woocommerce ,
Facebook buttons).

These third party services and operational features may operate separately from us. The privacy
practices of the relevant third parties, including details on the information they may collect about you, is
subject to the privacy policy of these parties, which we strongly recommend you read. Moreover, if any
link directing to an online service or third party operational features are not owned or controlled by us,
Wrapfia is not responsible for these third parties’ data control. By using or engaging with such third party
services and features, you are requesting and authorizing us to transfer or provide access to information
on your behalf, for example, your account ID, name, email address, device IP, data about your Wrapfia
device usage or collected or shared by your Wrapfia device, etc.

Securing of Your Personal Data

We perform administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to secure your personal data
against accidental, unlawful or unauthorized use, loss, alteration, access, disclosure or use.

Privacy for Children

We understand the importance of ensuring children’s privacy online are taken seriously. Wrapfia’s
products and services are mainly suitable for mature audiences and are not targeted to children. We do
not knowingly collect personal information online or offline from children under the age of 14.

Changes To Our Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy will be updated periodically as needed without prior notice to you as we grow and add
new services options ,which may require changes to our personal data practices. We will post a notice on
