A: New video doorbell cameras must be charged 24 hours after installation and before use.
A: Please follow the manufacturer’s recommendations. In most cases, you must fully charge new security camera products for 7-8 hours before using them. USB chargers are included.
A: Check the sensitivity level in the PIR setting. If the motion sensor (PIR) is set to “medium” or higher, the camera will be triggered frequently, resulting in the doorbell battery power consumption being used more often.
A: You can change the USB charging port by unscrewing the screws according to the steps below or as shown in our video here.
